Returns and warranty


To return any product or notify any incident please contact us via e-mail: Please include the name of the product and the reason why you want to return it. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem.

Our policy lasts 48 hours after delivery. If 48h have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to make deductions on the amount of refund or refuse the return if the item is not in the same condition in which it was shipped.

Shipping charges of return packages are at the customer’s expense. Please ship the return items as a register package (with tracking information). We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Please consider that discounted items are non-refundable.  

Returns and exchanges are processed after receiving the package. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source. It can take up to 10 days for the funds to appear on your statement. 



We warrant that the watch movement, hands, and dial of each of our watches is free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any watch that fails to conform to this warranty under normal use and operation during the applicable warranty period will be repaired, replaced or refunded, in our discretion, if returned to us within thirty (30) days after the end of the applicable warranty period, postage or freight prepaid.


The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

- The product has been damaged due to lack of care or improper use (such as dropping or scratching).

- Damages caused by repairs or adjustments carried out by a third party.

- The damages caused by water (contact with water should be avoided).

- External changes caused by normal use and aging of the materials, such as coloring of the straps, scratches on case or glass of the watch etc.

- Replacement of battery.


If a watch is returned to us and the failure or defect proves upon inspection not to be covered by the above warranty, a €12 return shipping and handling fee will apply.
